Applications for the 10th edition of Ethno Portugal are open!! There are 30 vacancies for musicians (between 18 and 30 years old), and the chance to gather, share, learn and party hard. What is Ethno ? Ethno is a global network of folk and traditional music gatherings, bringing together young musicians from all over the world to exchange and collaborate across borders. Musicians meet in a residential gathering, and share their music, their culture, their language… They form an orchestra for the duration of the exchange, and at the end they play concerts together! At Ethno, everyone — participants, artistic mentors and organisers — works as a team. Ethno Portugal 2024 will welcome 4 artistic mentors and about 30 young musicians from all around the world, who will bring along their instruments, voices and cultures to spend 12 days of exchange together.
